GETTING REFUGEES AND MIGRANTS INTO SPORT HITS $100,000,000 MARK

 

Even more young people from migrant and refugee backgrounds will be able to connect to their new community through sport with the help of a Brumby Labor Government funding boost.

 

Community Development Minister Lily D’Ambrosio joined Melbourne Vixen netballer Bianca Chatfield to announce a $380,000 government grant to help extend the Sports Without Borders program, which also marks $100,000,000 provided to community projects since 2004.
